Our models are supplied unprimed and unpainted and will usually be delivered in a standard grey color, however, sometimes the color may vary as we expect that the model will be primed by the customer.
Resin printing is naturally an imperfect creation process, some layer lines or small support marks may be visible due to the nature of printing, however, these will be easily covered with primer. In most cases, support blemishes will be kept to hidden parts of the model.
In some cases, post-processing work may be required such as fine sanding. However we have a high bar for quality, and any parts that are deemed unsuitable will not be sent.

Let's start with the good - fantastic sculpt. It really stands out and I love it. From afar, this looks legit.
The bad is that I was placing this on a Joytoy Warhammer 40K Heavy Intercessor; their shoulder pauldrons are shaped differently than Version 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 Intercessors. Thus, it glued down perfectly on the center, but was raised up on the edges.
Overall, do I regret doing this? No, it makes my model look cool and unique (I do not think that there is an official Black Templar Heavy Intercessor model), and I love the look of it.
